Review: bareMinerals Multi-Tasking Face Powder

I have loved this product for at least a year now but oddly enough I always forget to mention it in any makeup looks or favourites posts, so today’s post is to give it the recognition is deserves!

Sometimes I find regular concealer can be too heavy for my under eyes or make spots and pimples I’m trying to conceal look too cakey so that’s where this product comes in. This bareMinerals Broad Spectrum Multi-tasking Face Powder in “Bisque” is a great powder concealer thatΒ I use almost daily.

The colour matches my skin tone perfectly so it’s great for concealing but not so much for brightening on myself personally. I mostly use this to cover any blemishes and pimples because it’s a lightweight formula but gives you great coverage. It’s also very pigmented so a little product goes a long way. This product currently is at Sephora for $23 which is pretty good considering this product lasts me months at a time. The only thing I will say is it isn’t very buildable. If you apply too many layers it can start to look a little cakey, but because of the high pigment the product has I don’t find I need to layer it much anyways.

Have you tried powder concealers before? What are your thoughts?
