The Perfect Sculpting Brushes

My brush collection seems to always be a work in progress but after hearing / watching so many “Top Morphe Brushes” videos I though it was time to take the plunge and pick up some new brushes. I picked up a ton of new eyeshadow brushes and decided I could also use new bronzer & blush brushes.

In my opinion you can never have too many brushes, I picked up theΒ Morphe “M105”Β to use as a blush brush originally. When I received it I realized the tapered bristles would be great for sculpting out those cheekbones. The tapered shape of this brush can give you a really strong contour or can blend it out into a subtle look without the fear of looking muddy. I definitely find myself reaching for this one over the Sephora brush on a regular basis although both are great. I do love that this brush is only $5 and can be used for many different things.

I’ve had the Sephora “Pro Blush & Contour #74” brush for ages now and I do really love it. The soft bristles allow for easy blend-ability and the shape and density creates a very strong contour. Although I would say since this brush is on the stiffer side it is a little harder to work into the forehead and jawline. However since it is denser and a higher quality brush I do find it doesn’t shed as much as the Morphe brushes.

Have you tried any Sephora or Morphe brushes, let me know what I need to add to my collection next!
