I watched MannyMUA’s “Bold Halo Eye” Tutorial a couple weeks back and wanted to try it myself, so here’s my go at it. I chose my own colours as he went for a more cranberry approach but I was feeling more of a blue look this day. I think I did a good job, if I do say so myself.  I’ll definitely be trying it with different colours and maybe even pick up some fun coloured pigments next time.  If you haven’t checked out Manny’s channel yet, you definitely should. Between his sassy attitude and great makeup tricks, he’s definitely someone you want to catch up on.

To create this look, I blended the blue shade into the outer and inner corner leaving the centre empty ready for glitter and just blended up and around into the crease. I then blended a small amount of black into the outer and inner corner to create some depth to the look. MAC pigments have a tendency to be a bit messy so I sprayed my brush with a little Fix+ and packed it into the centre lid. Add some highlight to your inner corner and brow bone and you’ve completed the look.
