The years of going to the bar and drinking my makeup off through out the night and wearing way too much black eyeshadow are long gone, THANK GOD! Now my nights out consist of a few drinks – if any – at a low key restaurants with the girls. With that said, I still love a little black eyeshadow here and there but I’ve recently really embraced the much more subtle shade of brown. I can’t leave the house without applyingย just a bit to my creasline. Today’s look consisted of a couple of my favourite products such as NYX HD Concealer, Benefit Hoola Bronzer, Kat Von D’s Tattoo Liner and the always loved Benefit They’re Real Mascara.

But, this post is all about the eyes. I really love mixing up palettes but I thought it’d be fun to create a look based on just one. I started by swiping “White Chocolate” all over the lid and above the crease, then adding “Triple Fudge” to the crease and extending it beyond.ย Next, I blended “Cherry Cordial” in the crease until you could barely tell but still creating that extra depth I was looking for. Everytime I use this palette I can’t go without use “Marzipan” this shade is life! Its so creamy and shimmery and it just goes on the lid so seamlessly, I could wear it every single day. To top off the look I softlyย dabbed “Salted Caramel” on my brow bone and mixed in a little “Mary Lou-Manizer” from The Balm to highlight. With a couple sprays of my new favourite finishing spray by Urban Decay the look was not only perfected but it lasted all day & night.
