Always Blushing

DSCN1669

DSCN1666Now thisย post is suppose to be about my “top 5 blushes” but I really couldn’t do a post about blush without involving the “NARS Virtual Domination” palette cause lets get real, I use this palette almost daily. Not only does it have my favourite Nars blush “Deep Throat” in it but I have come to love “Sex Fantasy” and “Final Cut” a lot as well. Seeing as this palette is limited edition, I have recommended it to everyone and anyone who has asked me any blush related questions. I repeat, it is a must! I’ve talked about the “Tarte Rainforest After Dark” palette so many times I actually feel annoying bringing it up again. But its all about the blush, I recently rediscovered this palette after giving it a mini break and I must say if I use anything in this palette the most, it is the blush in “Unleashed.” It is the perfect shade of pink for my pale complexion and it blends in perfectly with a well contoured face.

Now for my favourite single blushes. I haven’t tried all the Clinique Cheek Pop’s, but I do love the colour “Peach Pop” This is the smoothest blush I have ever used, you wouldn’t even guess its a powder. They state that it comes in a colour for each season and I’d definitely say that’s true because this is the perfect summer shade. I can’t wait to try the rest of them. This “Laura Mercier Rose Cheek Quad” is good for those days you really want to accentuate the apples of your cheeks and really make them pop. Its also a good blush when you’re travelling cause you can mix it together or just dab on a colour or two. And, of course every girl has a drugstore favourite. Mine would be this Annabelle blush in “Vintage Rose” it is such a natural shade, it really does make you look like someone made you blush. Not to mention for eight dollars you really can’t go wrong with any of their shades.
