After travelling from Orlando to Miami and then back to Orlando, we finally got to Disney World! Going in October meant that it was off season and the lines and crowds were considerably smaller, which is always a plus. We started the day by buying the classic Minnie Mouse ears to get us really into the Disney spirit! We grabbed a map and planned out which rides we would like to hit up and amazingly enough we managed to get to them all! We spent almost the entire day there (11 hours total) but I never got tired of being there. We rode everything from the classic Splash Mountain to the newer rides of Stich’s Great Escape. We also had to get to the Disney classics of Little Mermaid and Peter Pan! I also braved my fear of anything haunted and went on the Haunted Mansion ride, I barely survived. *wink*  It was a long day but every minute was a blast!

The last day we spent in Universal Studios. Just the atmosphere of walking around the park was exciting enough but the rides they had there were great!  One of my favourites was the Transformers ride. The 3D that they have on the rides there was amazing! I really felt like I was right alongside Bumble Bee and Optimus Prime saving the world. We also went to “Springfield” and hopped on the Simpsons Ride. From there we went to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter! That will have to be a post all in itself because I can’t even begin to summarize here how cool that place was, so keep an eye out for that!
